Dr. Stephanie provided excellent and efficient service and was responsive to all of my questions and needs. As a first time patient, I was able to receive the initial diagnostic appointment and select the hearing aides for my requirements and to receive the new hearing aids after 10 days for a fitting. All of this was done in December 2025 and allowed me to receive my 2025 insurance healthcare eye benefits before the end of year.

This is the place to go if you need your ears cleaned, or need hearing aids. Stephanie is very personable and takes good care of your hearing needs, and makes sure you are happy with your hearing. My parents got hearing aids here, and she was able to clean my ears without any discomfort at all! Stephanie and her secretary Christina deserve more than 5 stars for their excellent customer service!

Would assist my Mom to have less anxiety, better balance, and hopefully a greater chance to hear our conversations. At 70 years of age, during my annual health check, my primary care doctor told me that my hearing had degraded to the point I should be wearing hearing aids. My health insurance company pointed me to Audibel Hearing Center. No problem calling and making a convenient appointment. I came to my appointment and met Stephanie Martin. Wow, really exceptional service from Stephanie! She even cleaned the wax out of my ears before my hearing test and gave me a very careful and complete explanation of the results. After interviewing me to understand my needs, she clearly explained the products she offered, the insurance coverage, and her recommendations. I have received my new hearing aids and Stephanie has made my transition to being a hearing aid wearer so easy. I have been wearing my hearing aids for one week now and I go back to see Stephanie in a few days to have her teach me more about the iPhone app features. It has made a huge improvement to my life. The atmosphere from the beginning was very positive at Audibel Hearing Center. I felt they had my best interest at heart. My first visit they referred me to a specialist. After some tests he cleared me to go ahead and get the hearing aids and to follow up with him at anytime if problems occurred. I now have my hearing aides and it’s amazing what I was missing before! The two women at Audible r the best and very knowledgeable and have helped me get to where I’m at today. Between the quality and precision of the type of hearing aides that Stephanie the board certified audiologist chose for me and her broad knowledge base in this field I felt very safe and taken care of.
