This is the #1 place for ear wax removal. Stephanie is personable, and thorough, always mindful of my comfort level as she maneuvers the camera and uses a tool to gently scrape and extract the wax buildup. You get to watch on the tv screen the entire procedure, under great magnification. I have been seeing Stephanie every 6 months for years. When the insides of my ears get itchy, I know it’s time for a visit. My insurance doesn’t cover this, but the out-of-pocket cost is worth it to me. I trust no one else to get the job done so thoroughly and gently.

Dr. Stephanie provided excellent and efficient service and was responsive to all of my questions and needs. As a first time patient, I was able to receive the initial diagnostic appointment and select the hearing aides for my requirements and to receive the new hearing aids after 10 days for a fitting. All of this was done in December 2025 and allowed me to receive my 2025 insurance healthcare eye benefits before the end of year.

This is the place to go if you need your ears cleaned, or need hearing aids. Stephanie is very personable and takes good care of your hearing needs, and makes sure you are happy with your hearing. My parents got hearing aids here, and she was able to clean my ears without any discomfort at all!
