Went here for my 89 year old mom who is in need of new hearing aids. From the moment we walked into the office and meeting the staff, we felt so welcomed! Everyone is so caring and patient and my mom immediately felt at ease. The exams, testing and explanation of the various products were all done so thoroughly. I thought that Stephanie and Christina were the most pleasant people to work with at Audibel. Stephanie explained everything in detail about the hearing aids and showed me options to choose from, including the software where you can make changes depending on your hearing preferences. I would recommend others requiring hearing aids to go to Audible.

Highly recommend for ear wax removal when I couldn't wait months to get into the ENT. Stephanie is professional, patient and friendly. She did a thorough job and even went over her usual time to accommodate my needs. I even got to see the ear cleaning process and was able to take photos/videos. I had to bring my young toddler along and she was understanding and even helped keep him calm. From the moment I called to make an appointment, Kristina was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. When I later inquired about an earlier appointment, she was able to call me when a spot opened up so I was able to have clear hearing before our inter-island vacation rather than waiting until after. Great customer service!

This is the #1 place for ear wax removal. Stephanie is personable, and thorough, always mindful of my comfort level as she maneuvers the camera and uses a tool to gently scrape and extract the wax buildup. You get to watch on the tv screen the entire procedure, under great magnification. I have been seeing Stephanie every 6 months for years. When the insides of my ears get itchy, I know it’s time for a visit. My insurance doesn’t cover this, but the out-of-pocket cost is worth it to me. I trust no one else to get the job done so thoroughly and gently.
