I had a very pleasant experience at Audibel Hearing Center. Besides being very efficient, both Stephanie and Christina were very warm and welcoming. Stephanie explained every step of the way what she was doing from when she cleaned my ear to doing the hearing tests to explaining the test results and finally explaining what options I had for hearing aids. I highly recommend this office!

I recently visited Audibel Hearing Center, and I must say, it was a truly pleasurable experience, thanks to Stephanie and Christina. From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I came in to have my ear cleaned, and Stephanie was incredibly gentle throughout the process. What made the experience even more fascinating was the camera on the device she used. I could actually see all the earwax that had accumulated in my ear it was both eye opening and strangely satisfying to watch! Although she couldn’t fully remove all the wax, it was still cool to see the progress. Stephanie and Christina didn’t stop there; they went above and beyond by helping me with ENT referrals to ensure my issue would be fully addressed. Their dedication to my care was evident, and I left feeling reassured and well informed about the next steps. Thank you, Stephanie and Christina, for your outstanding service! I look forward to returning for another cleaning after my ENT visit.

Considering I was going to get hearing aids, I enjoyed the experience. Christine at the front desk made me feel at ease as soon as she greeted me. I was immediately was taken back to the exam room. The specialist, Stephanie came in and made me feel more comfortable. We discussed what brought me in. She examined my ears, then went into her office. We looked at the different types of hearing aids and what each could help me with. I decided which type I wanted. Stephanie measured my ears. Set up another appointment for when they came in. Actually, I am a returning customer. I misplaced 1 hearing aide about 6+ years ago and never replaced it. When I was ready to face the facts that my hearing was not going to get any better, I remembered Stephanie at Audibel. Kristina and Stephanie cheerfully greeted me like a friend they had not seen for a long time. Throughout my visit, Stephanie still had that professionalism and charisma that I knew I was in good hands. She still uses that awesome procedure to clean out any wax you have, and you can see it LIVE on the TV. And that sound room where she tested the level of my hearing was easy and quick. She made me feel at ease explaining what she does before she does it. After the exam, she gives you offers and shows you what hearing aide products Audibel has, that you can choose from. With her great service and Audibels products, I highly recommend Stephanie. You see, there is so much more to just "hearing what you are missing." Naturally, the services do not stop there.

I called 2 PM, Friday with a problem (hearing aid was not charging) and I was going to the mainland on Monday AM, I was called back before 5 PM asking me if I could come in next day, Saturday. I was overjoyed! I was seen on a Saturday and received EXCELLENT COURTEOUS SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED‼️

Excellent audiologist. You are educated in the benefits of using assistive listening in improving the quality of your life. The only downside is that this office is busy and you have to wait awhile for a new patient consultation. Th e upside of that is the amount of time that the audiologist spends with you.

I got a list of several audiologist and read the reviews. Audibel Hearing Center stood out with very positive reviews. I first called and talked to Kristina, who was very nice and helpful. I made an appointment to get my hearing aids cleaned and checked out. This was the first time I have been to Audibel Hearing Center. The atmosphere felt so positive, welcoming and relaxed. Stephanie was great to work with. She explained what the instrument she was using to look into my ears. This was the first time I actually saw the inside of my ears and it was so cool. Usually, only the doctors see the inside of your ear. I learned that I didn't have to change my desiccant as often as I was doing. I'm glad I went there and would recommend going there to anyone.
