Absolutely happy with the care I received. The staff were very friendly and polite. I was able to get an appointment within a week or two and Stephanie walked me through the process as it was happening. I walked out with clean ears and being able to hear properly again. Nice quiet atmosphere for an activity like checking one's ears. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent modern equipment (the camera that sees into your ear with real time video!). Definitely am motivated to take their suggestions for better ear health going forward and to return to the office again for further checkups and an eventual hearing aid (though there is definitely a little hearing loss, data shows I am still "borderline" and not quite to the point of needing a hearing aid yet). Great health and science experience!

I purchased my first pair of Audibel hearing aids in Cheyenne Wyoming about 14 years ago. Relocating to Honolulu and settling in I had issues with my devices, I found my current Audibel representative, Stephanie Martin. She assisted me with repairs on my original pair and introduced me the more up to date programmable versions that are Bluetooth compatible which i now have. Having regular visits to her office, she assists with routine cleaning of the hearing aids and helps remove my own built up ear wax. Turned 69 this year, sometimes things just get put off to the next day or forgotten. Stephanie has been of great assistance to help meet my needs.

I had a very pleasant experience at Audibel Hearing Center. Besides being very efficient, both Stephanie and Christina were very warm and welcoming. I recently visited Audibel Hearing Center, and I must say, it was a truly pleasurable experience, thanks to Stephanie and Christina. From the moment I walked in, both of them made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I came in to have my ear cleaned, and Stephanie was incredibly gentle throughout the process. What made the experience even more fascinating was the camera on the device she used. I could actually see all the earwax that had accumulated in my ear it was both eye opening and strangely satisfying to watch! Although she couldn’t fully remove all the wax, it was still cool to see the progress. Stephanie and Christina didn’t stop there; they went above and beyond by helping me with ENT referrals to ensure my issue would be fully addressed. Their dedication to my care was evident, and I left feeling reassured and well informed about the next steps. Thank you, Stephanie and Christina, for your outstanding service! I look forward to returning for another cleaning after my ENT visit.
