Been having trouble with water getting stuck in my left ear when I go surfing so I went in for an ear cleaning. Come to find out my ears weren’t dirty and I had surfers ear. They helped me by explaining what my options are next and let me go with no charge. Pretty cool seeing the inside of my ears while cleaning on a tv in front of you. Very professional and would recommend to everyone

Stephanie Martin at Audibel is one of the most important person in my life for the last few years. Because of her skill and knowledge, my hearing has been greatly improved. It has made a tremendous difference in my every day life. Kristine in the office is always so cheerful, positive, friendly and helpful in answering my questions. The staff at Audibel really care about their patients. I’m so thankful and happy that I found this exceptional hearing place. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants improved hearing!!!!!

This clinic was incredibly friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Dr stephanie and Christina. Initially, I had difficulty with my earplugs, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure they fit perfectly. Dr even had a follow up email for me to check up on the new earplugs fit when the week got busy and I was unable to give them a call. I highly recommend this place, the staff is genuinely warm and personable!

Stephanie and Christina at Audible Hearing Center from day one have been wonderful. Stephanie explains everything in detail on what’s going on with your hearing and explains all the options to you if you need to get a hearing aid. Christina in the front office always makes you feel comfortable when checking in or calling for information. I highly recommend Audible Hearing Center if you need to get your ears checked or for hearing aids.

I like the staff very much. The receptionist, Kristina, is friendly and thorough in her explanation of what I should do to make sure the hearing aid is defective before they send it back to the manufacturers. She also tried to get me the most convenient times to pick up and adjust my hearing aid. Stephanie was her usual personable but professional self. I feel fortunate that the staff at Audibel is a good one.

Went here for my 89 year old mom who is in need of new hearing aids. From the moment we walked into the office and meeting the staff, we felt so welcomed! Everyone is so caring and patient and my mom immediately felt at ease. The exams, testing and explanation of the various products were all done so thoroughly. During our visits, we felt as though we were with family! Thank you!

I thought that Stephanie and Christina were the most pleasant people to work with at Audibel. Stephanie explained everything in detail about the hearing aids and showed me options to choose from, including the software where you can make changes depending on your hearing preferences. I would recommend others requiring hearing aids to go to Audible.
